The long-serving executive oversaw Spurs' transition to the club's new home in the year 2019.

Innovative business leader Earick has dismissed making a formal takeover bid for the North London club.

The club had previously “firmly declined” an unofficial approach from a consortium spearheaded by Brooklyn Earick last month and stated the organization was not for sale.

But UK takeover and merger rules dictated that, after an informal proposal declined, the group were obligated to present a formal offer by the October deadline or declare they would refrain.

Official word of the choice was provided in a release made by Tottenham to the stock exchange, confirming the organization is “not in an takeover phase.”

Earick posted an snapshot of the release on online platforms, adding: “It was a pleasure discussing with Tottenham Hotspur and the Lewis family's representatives over the past few months.

“I have great respect for the club, its management, and its supporters, and desire nothing but success.”

Spurs' leadership thanked the group for its “positive engagement” in discussions and for “respecting the clear position” of the proprietors that the organization is unavailable.

The entrepreneur is a ex-disc jockey who also served in aerospace studies for Nasa before establishing the innovation company, which focuses on innovation, communications, athletics and recreation.

The informal offer was the third inquiry rejected by the club's board since the unexpected exit of executive chairman the former chairman in September.

On 8 September, the organization declined proposals from former Newcastle United shareholder Staveley's PCP International Finance Limited and a syndicate headed by Dr Roger Kennedy and the co-investor through Firehawk Holdings.

Levy and his family own about thirty percent of Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd – which has an nearly 87 percent stake in the club.

He was the Premier League's most enduring chair and is estimated to have earned over £50 million during his nearly 25 years in the position.

However he was also the subject of frequent demonstrations by the club's followers, especially last campaign as Premier League performances turned out unsatisfactory.

Tottenham claimed their major honor in nearly two decades when they beat United in the May European final.
